Hi, my name is Jennifer, but everyone calls me Jenn. I’m proud to say that I love working with the “Dream Team” because we treat each other like family. I have been in the dental field for 7 years. I graduated from Fanshawe College with a degree in the Human Resources program in 2011. Before entering the dental field, I worked as an assistant manager at a fast-food restaurant for 6 years. To transition into this new career, I also took a course in medical terminology at Fanshawe College, which has helped me immensely with both dental and medical terminology. Throughout my time in the dental field, I have held several roles, including floating, receptionist, dental treatment coordinator, assistant manager, and now I work as both a receptionist and in accounts receivables.
It’s great to be a part of this unique office and to work with such talented and caring people.

My experience was great! They were extremely professional and they treated each patient with equal respect. My tooth was completely broken in half, and I didn’t feel any pain afterwards. I am very happy with the experience I’ve received. Totally coming here again!

Today was fantastic! My dental hygienist was wonderful! She was down to earth and knew exactly what she was doing!
My dentist is really nice and cares about his patients!

I highly recommend this place! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and is well equipped. In particular, Dr. Ahmed is absolutely the best dentist I have met, not only for his expertise but also for how he treated me. He was patient, thoughtful and honest, and he came across as a great human being.

I broke my teeth and came in to see Dr. Wael—he took amazing care of me. He fixed my teeth perfectly, and now they look brand new! The clinic is super clean, professional, and welcoming. Everyone there made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable. I’m really happy with the results and definitely recommend Dr. Wael for anyone needing dental work!

I had a great experience at this dental office! I came in to get my roots pulled and also did a full cleaning. Dr. Wael was amazing—very professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff were super friendly and the clinic was clean and welcoming. On top of that, the prices are really affordable, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Dr. Wael if you’re looking for quality dental care without breaking the bank!
